Department of Sociology, School of Social Sciences Organized one-Day Workshop on “Documentation and Leadership” with the help of CDC and Swapnopuron Welfare Society on 12th April, 2019 in AU Auditorium from 11.00 a.m to 4 p.m . The speakers were Mr. Manoj Kumar Sircar, Consultant, NGO and Ms. Satarupa Majumder, Chief Functionary, Swapnopuron Welfare Society. Ms. Satarupa Majumder enlightened us about various activities and challenges faced by their NGO- Swapnapuran Welfare Society in Hingalgunge. She shared her field based knowledge about the scenario of child education, child rights and trafficking. Mr. Manoj Kumar Sircar emphasised on the importance of Documentation and Leadership.
