The Department of English Language and Literature, Adamas University organized a 5-day intensive career training workshop on Editing and Publishing, from 17th – 21st March 2025. SAMPARK Publishing House, Kolkata was invited to conduct this workshop. SAMPARK is a literary-academic press (since 1998), they publish fiction and poetry; biographies and academic works in the social sciences. They have a participation in Frankfurt and other international book fairs.
This 5-day workshop with SAMPARK trained our students in copy-editing, book catalogue designing, content management and sales and marketing.
