The five-day Symposium-cum-Workshop on Current Trends in Language and Literary Studies, organized by the Department of Language and Literature (English), Adamas University, was successfully conducted from 9–17 April 2026. The event brought together eminent scholars, researchers, faculty members, and students for engaging lectures and hands-on workshops. It explored emerging interdisciplinary areas such as digital humanities, ecocriticism, language technology, and AI-driven analysis. Participants gained valuable insights into contemporary research methodologies, academic writing, and technological applications in language and literary studies. The programme fostered critical dialogue, skill development, and collaborative learning, enriching participants’ academic and research perspectives in meaningful ways.
