Dr. Arup Pal teaches literary aesthetics, literature of modernism and colonial-postcolonial literature. His research interests also include Anglo-Indian literature, Young-Adult literature, culture studies, life narratives and music. He has submitted his PhD thesis in 2017 (Visva-Bharati University). His articles have been published in the likes of The International Journal of Anglo-Indian Studies, The Visva-Bharati Quarterly and Muse India. Arup has also presented papers in national and international conferences. He is Assistant Editor of The Apollonian.
